We wrapped up our direct input to this campaign in late-2020. Thanks for all the support. We estimate just under $10,000 in 2020 donations directly (~$6,000) and indirectly from the sticker and shirt campaigns alone!

You may still be able to find stickers at some Seattle area bottle shops, taprooms, and breweries. If they aren't available, please consider printing some and restocking your local retail establishment!

This site and its contents, as well as the sticker design, are released into the public domain. We hope that it continues to spread the message that craft beer is a unique industry — we have chosen to stand up against racism in all its forms.

Craft beer isn't like other industries. WE DON'T DRINK WITH RACISTS.

For Individuals

As an individual, we ask that you:

1. Support retail establishments that have made their stance on racial equality and social justice clear.
2. If you received a sticker "for free," please donate to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund or a similar charitable organization focused on racial equality and social justice.
3. Display your sticker proudly and engage with people who ask or want to talk about it.
4. This is important! Consider printing stickers to re-stock your local retailer. If you aren't in the Greater Seattle area (or even if you are!) start doing the same thing in your area!

Please consider starting a similar campaign in your neighborhood. Everything you need is already here.

For Retail (Breweries, Taprooms, and Bottle Shops)

You are a brewery, taproom, or bottle shop. You want your patrons to know your stance and want to promote an intentionally inclusive environment. You want to raise funds for charities that support #blacklivesmatter.

We've wrapped up our direct input to this campaign. Thanks for all the support. While we're not supplying stickers directly anymore:

• Encourage your patrons to "buy a round" and restock for you. Or order replacements yourself.
  • You can add them as a SKU and sell them, donating the gross proceeds to a suitable charity.
  • You can put a donation jar on the counter and donate the cash that it accumulates.
  • You can even give them away and request that your patrons donate themselves.

We started this sticker campaign to raise both awareness and funds for non-profits that we believe have the ability to make a difference in our communities. Please consider stepping beyond the initial donation that landed you this little piece of adhesive vinyl.

Non-Profits

• The NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund is the premier national legal organization fighting for racial justice through litigation, advocacy, and public education.
  • Please also consider donating directly to the Seattle King County NAACP #1136 or join and contribute your time.
• The National Bail Fund Network is a national project that works with organizers, advocates, and legal providers across the country that are using, or contemplating using, community bail funds as part of efforts to radically change local bail systems and reduce incarceration.
  • Northwest Community Bail Fund (NCBF) provides cash bail for marginalized people charged with crimes who are unable to afford bail in King and Snohomish Counties in Washington State.
  • Seattle Black Lives Matter Bail Fund provides funds for the immediate release of people protesting. Any remaining funds will continue to be used for future bailout efforts as an ongoing community bail fund project.
• Campaign Zero supports the analysis of policing practices across the country, research to identify effective solutions to end police violence, technical assistance to organizers leading police accountability campaigns and the development of model legislation and advocacy to end police violence nationwide.
• Trans Justice Funding Project is a black community-led funding initiative to support grassroots trans justice groups run by and for trans people.
• LGBTQ+ Freedom Fund is a black-led organization that posts bail for LGBTQ people held in jail or immigrant detention and raises awareness of the epidemic of LGBTQ overincarceration.
• Movement 4 Black Lives was created as a space for Black organizations across the country to debate and discuss the current political conditions, develop shared assessments of what political interventions were necessary in order to achieve key policy, cultural and political wins.
